Terms We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In all cases, orders must be prepaid before we can ship. We have all equipment in stock everyday. We have been doing business in Raleigh, NC. since 1995. We are a Panasonic dealer and have access to Panasonics technical support staff. Although we can, and do, provide customers with tech support, we DO NOT charge for it. All purchases by phone or through our website are for product ONLY. Customer assumes responsibility for installation.   Return Policy All sales are final unless the fault is of our shipping error or the product is defective. In all cases, equipment must be returned during the first 30 days in the original box and in new condition, packed exactly as it came with all of it�s original contents included. In the case of a defective Panasonic Cordless telephone, Panasonics' policy is for the customer to send the defective Cordless phone to their repair center (Address below). After the first 30 days, defective merchandise is to be handled by the manufacturers warranty. Those returning items will be charged for anything missing such as packing, users guides, power cords and so on. There can be no labels or marking on original box. The problem must be specified when the defective item is returned. We allow defective equipment to be returned for exchange only. An authorization number must be obtained from Thekxtdguru.com and listed on the box for any return to be accepted. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. We will supply an address to return the items at the time a return authorization is given. Return authorization Numbers Are Required On ALL Returned Merchandise. It should be shipped prepaid together with a copy of your Advanced Communication Concepts Sales Order or Invoice. All Return Authorizations not received within 60 days of being issued will be canceled.
